The DISC model identifies four primary personality types based on two dimensions:

C – Conscientious

  • Thorough researchers and planners
  • Prefer data-driven, methodical approaches

Additional Blended Types:

Each person typically has a primary and secondary style, creating combinations like:

  • DI, DS, DC
  • IS, IC, ID
  • SC, SD, SI
  • CD, CI, CS

Most people exhibit traits from multiple categories, with one or two being more dominant in their behavior patterns.
